A versatile upright chair which has been used for dining, meeting and conference rooms, museum seating, on luxury yachts and many people use it to work from. Customers include The Imperial War Museum as public seating and The Royal Fine Arts Commission for Scotland as meeting room chairs.
It is comfortable, very light, flexible and folds.
The technical innovation is its steam bent back which has a unique compound curve formed from solid ash, giving the chair generous lumber support. It is retained by threaded elm knobs which when loosened, allow it to fold.
The seat is full grain hide which is laced onto the frame allowing the back and front to be independently tensioned. There are 3 leather colours; natural, tan and black. Feet are non marking rubber.
